Needle Exchange

Harm reduction is often negleced as it seems to be enabling drug use. The barely exisiting drug education and the stigmatized image of drug users have been contributing to risky behaviours such as mixed use of drugs or unhygienic injection of drugs. With the high trying rate of drugs among young adults, the 'stay at school and don't do drugs' rhetoric should perhaps become 'stay at school and use clean needles.'
